Heart Compact Mirror  

Do not buy this if you need magnification. In the July 6 YouTube launch video ("Trixie's Husband Reveal" at 17:00), the brand owner explicitly states this compact has a magnifying side. It does not. Both mirrors are completely flat with zero magnification. Additionally, on July 24, 2026, the website advertised this item marked down from $25.00 to $18.75 on both the main product listing page and the individual item page during the "Self Care Day Sale." However, the checkout system failed to apply the discount and charged full price. I verified this pricing error on both my iPhone and desktop computer. When I emailed customer care twice within an hour of ordering to freeze fulfillment and correct the error, they ignored my messages for days and shipped the wrong order anyway. The webmaster quietly wiped the $18.75 markdown from the site before a representative named "Steve" finally replied. Steve then denied that the item was ever reduced, refusing a refund or a Shopify data audit. I had to file a formal bank dispute to get my money back. Check your bank statements carefully; this company uses deceptive web scripts and denies their errors.

I bought this mirror and dont get me wrong,i love it,however trixie said one of the mirrors is supposed to magnify and it simply doesnt,i asked staff about it and they said its not actually meant to,if youre looking for a magnifying compact mirror,its not for you,but i still love it

Incredibly cute! But is there a magnifier on this new champagne opal one? It honestly seems like both mirror top and bottom are the same. The bottom mirror magnifier on previous mirrors were IT! Please bring that back for future mirror drops - we need to see one eyeball at a time or where a stray chin hair is, you know?
