These differ from a typical eyeshadow formula in that they do not contain filler ingredients and are used to achieve more vibrant shades. Because of this, pressed pigments have colorants that tend to cause staining on the skin and are recommended to not be used in the immediate eye area according to the US FDA. I absolutely LOVED this collab as ive been a fan of brittany and trixie for a long time. So i saved up to order as both being european and just 16,ordering stuff from the US gets EXPENSIVE. I had to order the pallette and lip combo separately because of the bundle being sold out after the checkout froze even tho i tried to purchase at the release time EXACTLY,along wit the "who me?" Lashes. The full order with customs pay that i needed to pay to even receive the package went for a total of roughly 1500 SEK and that was with a 20% discount code. But i was still committed to ordering since i havent bought anything from trixie cosmetics before due to the prices,but i simply HAD to have this collection.
Onto the products:
Lip liner: went on smooth,good formula and pigment.
Lipstick: good formula once on but a little bit dry in my opinion,but i think that it may be that im not used to matte lipstick and therefore the dryness is simply something im not used to.
Blush:stunning and a nice pigment that i only need to swipe the brush once,just like my dior blush.
Eyeshadow: gorgeous colors,but some lack a bit in the pigment department if you ask me. So they take some building. I would say the gray is a bit hard to build as it can look a bit patchy,and as for tinsel city,i know in the launch video trixie mentioned it being basically a pressed glitter, but i didnt expect it to not wanna transer from my finger to my arm when swatching. The cardboard packagick protecting the proper pallette also had some issues for me. The gold,i guess foil? On the pink box was shedding in certain areas oike the lettering and hearts,which i find dissapointing.
I also ordered the player one white play pigment and i thought it would be a bit thicker or more full coverage but it pretty much blended into my skin as im very fair skinned.
Overall review/short version:
I loved the colors and the formula of the lip liner and blush,but the eyeshadows were a little dissapointing after i had heard and seen so much good about trixie cosmetics in general. I would definitely purchase again when i have more than 1k SEK to spend,but its not my first choice,and i have to add that im not a professional, im just a 16 year old who might now have used the ideal tools,but i wanted to leave a (slightly unreasonably long) review either way. But atleast my makeup routine isnt "basically homophibic" anymore (video reference!),love trixie,brittany and the TC team tho ofcourse <3
The palette is absolutely gorgeous. The consistency of the pressed powders is super soft. I was surprised by the glitter, tinsel town, being so bright in person, and the pictures do not do it justice. This has become my daily palette due to the neutrals that I can blend out for work and add shimmer and darkness at night on top of it. The lip combo is underrated. Very silky, creamy texture and wears nicely for this (like me) who don't always wear lipstick.

The eyeshadows are great and the blish is surprisingly such a flattering colour. Its also so versatile! Love it for everyday and going out
My only complaint is the packaging. The gold on the letters has been rubbing off, even though its just been in my make up bag. It doesn’t move from my desk, so its not like its been jostled around. It scrapes so easily off and it makes me so sad bc i love both trixie and brittany and i wanted this palette to last.
I would really really like to give this five stars because I love the palette and have previously loved my purchases from Trixie Cosmetics, but my order arrived half fulfilled and I have yet to hear anything back from the company about it. I ordered two bundles and only got two palettes. I emailed twice and I hope they will get back to me soon and then I can change this review to what the products actually deserve.
As a hardcore brittany & Trixie fan, when this collection dropped I SPRINTED ON ALL FOURS to grab my fiancée to support my LADIES, finally! A collection that gave Mother dearest Hollywood Glam. ✨️😍Formula? Absolutely Obsessed, not only are the pigment in the eyeshadow buildable but they also last without needing a primed base! The lip pencil was creamy and didn't budget either when set. And the lipstick packaging was super cute and felt nice to hold.
I also got trixie cosmetics eyeliner pen which 100% is now my new FAVORITE black eyeliner. Thank you for this amazing collection - so excited to see more to come.!
