This long-lasting bright white gel liner dries almost instantly with little to no budge or cracks.
How to Use:
Gently dip the desired brush into product, make practice strokes on hand or clean surface to ensure desired effect. Use HL-32 or preferred brush to create a design as simple as a winged liner or as intricate as a checkerboard.Trixie's Pro Tip:
Using the clean end of a brush, scoop out a small amount of Hotline Gel Liner and deposit onto the back of your hand before returning the disc and closing the cap securely. Trixie, you did it again! But for your next gig, you need to quadruple it! I’m a huge fan. I saw you in San Francisco, and my husband bought us tickets. You were fabulous! Just a tip: sell more merch at your shows. I got a great fan, by the way. I also made sure to get your debut eyeliner in black and white, though I should’ve bought more. Not everyone is as considerate as me! I want everyone to experience the best eyeliner on the planet. I also loved your collab with Sugarpill.
This is the only white liner that is completely opaque and stays on for long wear. It’s easy to use and it can be used for so many different things!!! I like to scoop a lil out and put it on the back of my hand (so it doesn’t dry out in the pan) and it’s perfect. The day I run out I’ll be so sad. RESTOCK PLEASE!!!

Pigmentation is there. Haven’t played around with it on the eyelids yet!
Silky, smooth, and light! I used to use clown white as my eyeshadow base for drag, but this is so full coverage and so light that this is my new go to! It feels like you’re wearing nothing on your lids but also has incredible impact!
